What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

Clear Task List does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use the Application. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.

Local task records

If task lists, list titles, notes, categories, color accents, task items, completion states, pending tasks, sorting preferences, reminder settings, progress bars, completed-today values, daily streak values, completed-task visibility settings, or app settings are created in the app, they are intended to remain on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

Location data

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-party access

Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, no app data is shared with third parties for tracking, advertising, sale, or analytics profiling.

No accounts or authorization

Clear Task List and this public website do not require user registration, login, account creation, user dashboards, admin panels, or protected routes.

Data Retention

KULAT does not retain personal information from normal use of Clear Task List because the Application does not collect, log, or store personal information. Local task records remain on the user’s device and are controlled by the user. If you voluntarily contact KULAT by email or another direct channel, your message may be retained only as long as necessary to respond, maintain support records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve a request.

Data Deletion

Because Clear Task List does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no server-side app account or cloud profile to delete. You can remove local app information by deleting records inside the app where available or uninstalling the Application from your device. If you voluntarily provided information to KULAT by email or another direct channel, you may request deletion by contacting support@kulat.it.com.

Opt-out rights

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. If you provided information voluntarily by contacting KULAT directly, you may request deletion by emailing support@kulat.it.com.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not collected through app use alone.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure through normal app use is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. KULAT applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information it may receive voluntarily.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting app personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided to KULAT, KULAT will notify you as required by applicable law.

Responsible-use notice

Clear Task List is a personal productivity and task organization utility. It is not enterprise project management software, a team collaboration platform, a calendar replacement, a CRM, a professional coaching service, a legal deadline management tool, a medical productivity app, a financial planner, a shopping marketplace, an AI assistant, a cloud workspace, or a replacement for professional tools, expert judgment, legal obligations, safety decisions, or personal responsibility.

Changes

KULAT may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before material changes take effect.

Your consent

If you voluntarily provide information to KULAT and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
